Prior to our grand opening, we asked for stories of moms deserving of a day of pampering. The winner receives just that – on us!
Choosing a winner out of the 23 deserving women was a tough task – one I trusted to a committee of my peers. After meeting Kris Stephan and her daughter Kassidy – I knew immediately the committee chose the right person. What struck me most about Kris & Kassidy is the amazing relationship they have. Our grand opening was held during Mother’s Day Weekend and what better way to observe this holiday than to honor these two women and the love between them.
As the winner, Kris received a $25 gift certificate to Goodlookin’ Salon, a 30-minute Swedish Massage from Pure Serenity Massage Therapy, and a Craft Camp session from Hatchlings & Hens for Kris and three friends. Craft Camp is a day-long retreat we offer that focuses on four project areas: canvas, textile, repurposed and freestyle. Throughout the day, Kris and her friends will be guided through the four project areas. They will each leave with four finished projects they make with their very own hands. If I was a friend of Kris, I’d start campaigning for a spot on her Craft Camp team. Ha!
