It’s obvious I have a soft spot in my heart for tiny toes and squishy little faces. But tonight it was all about the ladies – and as one of them put it – a little “me time.” They were celebrating a bachelorette party and started their night with yours truly. Some made gifts for their children, others home decor, and even TWO self-proclaimed “non-crafters” hit it out of the park. Seriously – anyone can do this – I promise!
The first non-crafter dialed up Grandma on FaceTime. “Ok, Grandma, you’re not allowed to tell me I’m not artistic ever again. Look what I made…” And according to the other non-crafter – “it’s amazing what you can do when you have the time to think it through!”
Away from the kiddos, away from the distractions of life, and in the midst of company you enjoy and from which you can draw inspiration…
Crafting + Adult Beverages + Adult Conversation = One Heck of a Good Time for these gals. Based on the fun they were having – I think the night will be one for the books. I was secretly giggling to myself on the other side of the shop. Thanks for the fun, ladies!
